Is the EEGS accurate? How do I use the gun sight on targets? The piper line is very sensitive and all over the place.
Also, is the PIRATE/Tpod supposed to lock onto your currently locked target? Mine doesn’t in a soft or hard lock.
Also got an issue when trying to guide weapons with the Tpod, it doesn’t want to go all the way to it’s negative vertical limit, it refuses to look aft and keeps jumping forward.
Yes and No, EEGS works best with smooth motion by both you and the target. The more erratic either or both of you are the more inaccurate it will get.
Does the EFT not have an actual gun piper for radar locked targets or do you just have to get the end of the tail over the target?
The funnel/line EEGS’s are very laggy in general, in reality they should be far smoother.

I mean, Matt has been like this for a while.
His content creation style is to pump out as much videos as he can in the shortest amount of time, so he picks up on every little thing regarding War Thunder, for example things said by smin, changes by gzsabi in the datamines, etc. the problem with this is he essentially doesn’t do his research on what some changes actually mean, feeding false information, or he misinterprets what tech mods/smin say and end up feeding false hope to his audience, all in pursuit of uploading as soon as possible.
I don’t even want to go into his speculation videos of “5th gen is coming when” or “what would this fighter be like if added.” They contain many mistakes as well, and he always makes some bad/weird take.
I’m going to leave it here, since this is the EFT forum.
I’m just happy that EFT is actually getting its radar tweaked to not be completely terrible.

Hello, does anyone here know what those bulges on top of the Eurofighter fuselage are? I have only seen them on a few pictures of RAF and RSAF Typhoons.
They are used to mount CFT’s.
Interesting, since as far as I am aware, there were never any Typhoons equipped with cfts in service. So the mountings are there just in case I guess? I could be wrong tho.
Yes, its there if it is ever needed.
