Looks like the mass decrease is accompanied by slight increase to mil power and slight decreases to afterburner, am I reading that right?
that radar was just a thing to give out to the players for that time it was just a thing to give for a bit nothing to crazy, i believe they are going to give it a complete almost rework same with the Rafale.
It was blue vixen with half the INS tracking time, which is why it was glitchy.
But radar work was being done, so we’ll have to wait and see
that is better than nothing but i still think it its 300 kg more weight than normal.
Engine oil, hydraulic fluid, pilot, ammo, etc can easily add up to 300kg tbqh
empty weight is just the airframe without a pilot and ammo tho
true but doesn’t empty weight mean no fuel at all and no pilot so it would be 11.080 +/- ?
Dry airframe means no fluids either
Hi, @Gunjob, do you know if the IRSTs on the Eurofighter and Rafale are already done? They are both currently capped at 30 km range. It seems like they copy-pasted portions of the Su-27 IRST and its 30 km cap bug carried over (along side some other ones).
I will attach screenshots once I’m on my PC.
so what would the trust to weight now be on the airframe with 18.000 kgf and 11.300 ?
never mind i did a calculation and it is now 1.62 thrust to weight compared with 1.48 that was yesterday with 11.700 Kg and 170 KN of thrust, this is a big buff.
Its a bakery chain as popular as Mcdonalds but isn’t completely shite like McDonalds
We will accept 0 McDonalds slander on these forums!
I worked at a Mcdonalds for a few years, I know what’s in it and how it’s cooked. Mcdonalds doesn’t get as much slander as it deserves.
Grill or fryer, there’s a toaster for the buns. Cookies have an oven. Everything comes in pre-packaged and frozen. You don’t have any clue what’s in it.
Here comes a debate on the channel loss of a Big Mac.
Leaked McDonalds recipes incoming
Just a heads up for the “already reported”. I did the same thing for the Su-27 a while ago and the cap was “removed”, except that it was not, which is why I had to file the bug I linked in my previous post (alongside another one).
When the first bug was “fixed”, rangeMax
was changed from 30000 to 100000, which would have you think that it can now lock up to 100 km, but that is not the case, bacause in the fsms
section of the IRST still only searches/tracks only up to 30 km.
Unless the devs are made aware of this, they will only alter the transceiver properties, like range
, range1
, and rangeMax
, which will not affect the previous 30 km cap, and you guys will have to go through the same wait I did.
Here is that section for the Captor-M with Pirate:
and here is the IRST capped in the game, which you can see by it being greyed out past 30 km (for some reason it is giving me errors when I try to upload the screenshots, so here is a link to them)
Spoiler
A caveat: I am not using datamines to report a bug, the bug is already there/reported and you can see it on screenshots, or you can also just try it out yourself (have a buddy fly the F-14 in AF away from you and watch the IRST break lock at 30 km). I am merely using the code to show where the problem lies.
PS: Can we please have a window of a couple of days of feedback after a bug fix to report problems to avoid cases like this? I had to bash my head after waiting 4 months for a fix, because there are no avenues for feedback and I have to refile bug reports and wait again.
This I knew, I was asking if I was interpreting the other changes correctly. They appear to be a reduction in afterburner thrust and increase in mil power
