That PIRATE is gimped and missing a huge chunk of its IRL functionality and only retains the functionality that can be achieved with a Tpod.
Especially if the Rafale gets IRST, then the FLIR should be changed to IRST until such time its possible to model both.

Yup, just checked myself, its the same. Other thing is, it had specific stats on russian dev stream, including support for 6 DL fox3s, blue vixen gets 4. So its either copy pasta code with different description or we are cooked.

Anyone able to tell me PIRATE, Range and gimbal limits? Also can it lock onto flares and does it have TWS?
Looks like 180 degrees horizontal and 75 vertical (60/-15). Not sure about flares, locked a head-on MiG-15 at ~9km, provided range and bearing data.
