Holy hell this feels like I’m in a M1/M774 thread, just the aircraft version.
Just because your contemporary have something you don’t, it doesn’t necessary mean he should lose it or that you should get the counterpart. This is literally how the system of pros/cons work.
You want to remove the only pro of Su-34 when compared to EFT just to call that “balance”.
You went 11:1 against Rafale while using the EFT? Was that supposed to be a feat of superior piloting or are you attributing that to the FM?
Far as I’m concerned, you replied about the Typhoon having a UFO flight model… which it most certainly does… so what is the point? The argument that the Typhoon is missing 5 deg/s sustained turn rate is pointless also because the Rafale is in the same boat. Missing a huge chunk of sustained turn capability.
Hilariously, the Gripen is overperforming by comparison.
It’s like you’ve specifically ignored this part which gives the whole context of how your average EFT/Rafale pilots tend to be much better than their average US counterparts.
The argument that the Typhoon is missing 5 deg/s sustained turn rate is pointless also because the Rafale is in the same boat.
It’s not an argument. It’s a fact, it’s also missing ITR, which I’ve also mentioned but this is besides the point.
Hey, its only fair, only one nation has usable SPAA at the moment, if Gaijin wont add SPAA to all nations that is equal to the Pantsir, then our CAP should be cheaper. Either that or make the cost of the Pantsir more like 400-500 SP and not 70.
In the current state of Eurofighter I’m doing better in SU-27SM and Mirage 2000-5F because the radar is a potato. The random wing rips are no fun either.
I would say another large issue I see with Air is visual queues can be trash. You can die from bullets flying 10 ft behind your aircraft but somehow killing the pilot.
The 95% of the player base that doesn’t know what ACM stands for are what kind of make the differences in performance of these airframes irrelevant for air RB. In the vacuum of a 1v1 duel with two seasoned pilots - the EFT will win. There is no case for the Rafale currently.
This can be attributed solely to the severe overperformance of the Typhoon’s low speed and high AoA characteristics whereas the Rafale was for the most part sensibly modeled.
EFTs engines are too strong for its own good. Ya gotta keep an eye on the throttle and dry to dump at least some energy before pressing down on the S key.
Useless SPAA being better than other, even more useless ones doesn’t make it good by any means. Let’s stop pretending Pantsir is some 15km globe of death that you can’t dodge to save your life.
I can’t wait for others to get Pantsir-like SPAA, as I really want to see what other reasoning people will have to cry about already meh RU top tier.
Imo the only thing that holds the J-10 back against the Rafail and Euroshitter is the energy retention in high AoA manoeuvres. Give it more thrust and more countermeasures and people will see it as a proper 4.5.
And I cant wait for Typhoon to stop being so massively handicapped in A2G, 18x FnF mmW Brimstone 2/3ss are going to be really fun. Let alone the Spear-3s.
I’ve seen you argue this point with @Fireball_2020 (I believe) about EFTs “overperformance” and you haven’t proven it so idc about your beliefs on the topic honestly.
Wings rip below the G limit the technical moderators claim it should, which is another bug.
Maybe in certain situations, but most of my rips happen when I don’t pay attention to how fast I am going and pull as hard as I can at my VNE, obviously no aircraft can survive that. Though it seems like he’s talking more about the “certain situations”.
Right… 40+ degrees AoA is not enough for you?
Why wouldn’t I want more? I want WTs April Fools 2025 event to be fixed EFTs just doing the most UFO manouvers possible.
