Well… They should loose Brimstone 1s and gain Brimstone 2s, because no Typhoon ever used Brimstone 1s, not even the Brits.
But their reasoning appears to be flawed on why it should loose them and ultimately, loadouts are always a balancing decision.
da12thmonkey’s comment explains it best:
For Tranche 2 and 3, Block numbers assigned on Eurofighter are build standards at the time of production. The block number remain the same even after upgrades to the same standard as the latest production block.
It’s effectively treated as a batch number.
Aircraft in Blocks 15, 20 and 25 existed before P3E capability - the block number wasn’t associated with P3E and there are Block 10 Typhoons in the RAF with P3E including some like ZK328 that participated in Op Shader using Brimstone 2 operationally
What a joke, its clear Brimstones should be added for balance to all EFT’s. Even more hilarious to once again only bring up sweden with AGM 65G when the SAAF gripen has had AGM since the start they never used and got the AGM 65G for longer than sweden lmao.
Don’t care much, but report seems quite meh, especially for Italian F-2000A since in the game it isn’t even specified what Tranche and Block (looks like another “AMX” situation btw) it has. Idk why it’s accepted.
Yep, right now the Italian Eurofighter could range from an initial T1 to a T3A since the F2000A name Is used for every Eurofighter. And also as showed in the report that goes against what Smin stated since a weapon doesn’t have to be in service with a specific nation If that weapons was alredy integrated.
Is it correct that the RWR of the Typhoons can only reach until J-Band and not detect K-Band? I would have expected it to be able to detect it considering how modern it is. Sadly I could find anything about the Band-ranhe of it anywhere
Adding this to this thread to because it’s some stinky reasoning. Basically gaijin doesn’t understand how the eurofighter can Mach 1.5 supercruise so therefore it’s a lie from manufacturer of the aircraft.
