Eurofighter Typhoon - Germany's Best Fighter Jet (Part 1)

Idk what exactly he tried to prove tbh…
Enlighten me

Oh, I’ve been on russian forum and in USA threads. Don’t even start this conversation.
Let alone the Rafael one, lol

And it will be entirely subsonic at low altitudes, and barely scraping MAR speeds to employ it’s 10 amraam payload at high alts

Is brimstone even agile enough to be used in air to air? Its got small fins and a chonk body…

eh no, bundeswehr is just a special case realy

Fair point

Any loadout on a T2 or below with any more than 6 MRAAM missiles (whether meteor or AIM-120) is simply a demonstrative loadout, there is no applicable evidence that suggests any more than that without it being a promotional demo or rendering

Theoretically it could carry all hardpoints other than the 4 fuselage one with AIM120B’s on double mounts as all hardpoints other than the 4 fuselage ones are STANAG 4694 so that means 22 (13 hardpoints with 11 sets of two) aim120B however not all hardpoints are wired correctly to fire missiles

Nah, he’s just based

I’ve seen someone get an ace on dev entirely with brimstones, it’s more than capable at dealing with headons and can be used within 5km on slower targets moving to the side

Based and correct are different fields

Could you imagine the F-14 with 6 phoenixes in a combat operation though?

and thats on the tornado mind you.

its not a main a2a missle, but definitly applicable in the situation

Never said it should. F-14 should have it’s realistic limitations tbh, but that was actually shown on a flying airframe, we don’t have any pictures similar on an EFT, only theoretical solutions

They are, but hear me out, applying the highest amount of pressure on Gaijin - throughout the whole history of this game was the only working way to get things done right or closest to right.

welp, if youre about phoenix amount - limitation is that it just easier to land with 4 phoenix, nothing else

The combat load of the Typhoon is ± 7500kg

One Aim-120B weighs 148kg.

12 Aim-120s will weigh 1776 kg + 2 Aim-9 170kg.

16 Aim-120s will weigh 2,368 kg + 2 Aim-
9 170 kg.

You can also add 6 double pylons and two single ones under the Aim-9

The load will still be less than the maximum load.

At the same time, the F-18C has a combat load of 7,030 kg, which is almost half a ton less than the Typhoon.

The F14 would exceed the maximum landing weight for the carryer with 6 Phoenix missiles

I’m all for the german typhoon being as good as it can be, it’ll be the first one i grind out for certain and I only want it to be as good as possible, however I am highly concerned that it will be artificially nerfed in either FM, engines, avionics, radar or DASS, or all of those together.
I think it far more important to push gaijin to add it correctly than to add a broken, underperforming mess but with some more missiles, would completely ruin the experience for me

So with such a load, you will gain altitude on the side and from height and speed scatter them into opponents in all whom you see, and after shooting half you will be able to go to the ground and you will have another half to finish off the survivors. (At the same time, you will no longer weigh so much and you will fly normally.
