please check in game and never rely on statcards, theyre always inaccurate. i crewed the thai f16 thinking it can be a low br cas jet and the statcard says it has hmd, but turns out it doesnt. there are many more examples

Currently, no.
You need to spam like 4 of them at once, for them to reach ratio of a standard flare, and even then they burn out extremely fast, so it’s not uncommon for missile to just ignore them when you use bol.
