based on this, the german EFT added in game shouldnt be added at all since its the IPA7
Germany getting the Mk0 or Mk2 would be balanced,
Germany and only germany getting AMK would just be stupid. It would be so stupidly unbalanced that I can even begin to comprehend how it would affect the balance, it would be like giving Britain ASRAAMs but not giving Germany IRIS-Ts
But I dont think Germany is going to somehow suffer or perform any differently overall just because they have the Mk1

in game is not IPA7
it has PIRATE and is under the german flag… and isnt a dual seater…
which is what IPA7 is

I’m with you on the AMK, which is why I didn’t reference it. And yes I agree germany isn’t going to suffer like the great depression. I’m only ticked because this technicality is all because of present day issues Gaijin thinks they should replicate one to one with all their double standards. Like they say to every historical complaint, balance is our motto. If we were in 2040, this wouldn’t be an issue at all since they would say yeah give all the typhoons the mk2 radar.
and its not just Germany though. Its even smaller still, but im annoyed that they wont add ePaveway IIs nor will they add GBU-48s as a stopgap placeholder.
Does it matter? Not really, but still very annoying that they went out of their way to add Mk18s to the game just so that the FGR4 can be marginally weaker in A2G.

And to the “consortium”/retrofitable discussion:
Germany proved that any Eurofighter can later be retrofitted with PIRATE, does that mean we should have it ingame on the current one… well I don’t think so.
