You also haven’t told me why would you want your dedicated fighter to have on-par ground pounding capabilities as a strike bus ?

Id recomend getting the Typhoon its IRL Radar. Its fully modeled GMTI/T mode would be awesome for GRB, the ability to locate both moving and stationary targets (and whilst its not modeled yet, but hopefully in the future) also ID said targets would be awesome addition for the Typhoons CAS power.
well ground players need to understand that CAS and A2G weapons are designed to be as unfair as poissible for the guys on the ground, so you will never have a balanced expierence at top tier Ground

Yeah and given the SP Costs, they shouldnt be equal in performance. Just annoying only one nations has any form of SPAA at top tier currently, but oh well, hopefully that is getting fixed in 2025

I know this discussion was largely over, but I do hope Gaijin keeps the Eurofighters different in terms of IIR missiles. Keep IRIS-T to Germany/Italy and keep ASRAAM to UK. Don’t mix the two missiles.

Yeah, would be good, if nothing else, 2x ASRAAM, 2x IRIS-T, 5x AMRAAM, combo would be rather insane to have.

More likely Aim-120C5s, Given the US and USSR have no equal to Meteor at the moment, it would be a one sided fight. But C5s would be more than enough to keep us on parity with everyone else as they move up in loadout.
Though the more interesting question will be, what are they going to do with the Typhoons themselves. Add “later” variants with different loadouts or just add newer loadouts to teh currnet Typhoons. At least until CAPTOR-E becomes an options (though hopefully that is sooner rather than later)

Theoretically it can carry both yes. But there would be less incentive to play certain countries specifically if their Eurofighter doesn’t have enough unique armaments. Keeping IRIS-T/ASRAAM different would be for the best.

Perhaps there will be in the future if IRIS-T is kept to it and Italy.
