so it carries 6 weaker A2G missiles with more A2A ARH missiles vs 6 very strong A2G missiles, with fewer A2A ARH missiles.

It’s better to have CAS unusable than ground units though.
Combined arms aspect is totally optional, ground units were/is/will always be a focal point.
