and no mid 2000s APG-63v3 for F-15C (in service) or 2007 or 8 APG-82v1 for F-15E (also in service) or Legion IRST pod(either tested or in service), or even GBU-53 (tested sucessfully 2012, fully accepted on F-15E 2020) and LJDAM (in service and ingame but not in US tree for some reason?) even though rafale from 2018 has an AESA, and like you said HMD that was only tested.

Its funny though. Because primary russian sources for R77 are outright lies in its range as they failed to achieve declared performance while used in combat by indian AF.
Indian airforce doesn’t have R-77 and that’s not true
they should just convert that plane to the SM3 and get rid of the nonsense double racks, they already gave it the better engine

Yep, not an R-77 at all… They are literally going to buy derby to replace R-77s as they failed horribly.

This was allegedly sent to devs again according to smin to see, if they can fix it… I hate the wording can… It has to be fixed no matter what. Even if they would have to rewrite whole code of how radars scan.
Is there any news about the HMD hud issue in SIM?
Another thing, is the gunsight in cockpit view working as intended? There’s no lead reticle when radar locking a target.

Option for radar zone to span the whole radar screen would be a massive QoL improvement. I was wondering this the other day why all the targets had to be compressed into such a small cluster.

I just noticed that on HUD AIM-120’s designated as SRAAM missiles while on Dev Server they were designated as MRAAM.

Well the Rafale has 8 MICAs now…
EFT still has the edge in terms of survivability and flight model, all we need are improvements for radar and PIRATE IRST for German model if we can get.

German Eurofighters never had IRST (IPA7 doesn’t count)
Do not compare it to HMD on the Rafale is not the same
IRST installation requires chang3s to the aircraft
It was tested on German EFT’s just like HMD and 8 MICA’s, so this is rather lame excuse.

It was on IPA7 which is a test bed aircraft owned by the Consortium with physical changes

8 MICA’s are also tested with test aircraft, French air force itself didnt do that as well.
As i’ve said this is lame excuse to not give PIRATE IRST to German EFT.

yeah I know its just a shame that the missiles don’t really match the planes strengths, MICAs and the Rafale’s airframe are an epic combo at close range.
