Well if this was their decision i have alot to say, but i will just save your time and simply say that i respect that decision and understand it.
If the devs want to create an accurate skin to mach the Tranche 2 Block 10 they want to add to the game then they have all the info they need in the bug report and if they want to change the skin i recommend to change it to Eurofighter 31+11 it’s a Tranche 2 and most likely a Block 10 with Brimstone and fit perfectly in what the devs want.
And I hope this message reach them

I think someone has taken something I said ages ago and through Chinese whispers it’s ended up as something else. I said I had found the duct losses of the EAP (which IIRC were something like 3% or 4%) and speculated that due to the similarity in intake design you might be able to infer the duct losses of Eurofighter from it.

I honestly don’t get this… changing its designation should be much easier than changing the skin, and with the Rafale having been configured into the F4.1 variant (DOI 2023), having a T3A Eurofighter would make a bit more sense timeline wise (DOI 2016+ iirc).
I doubt T3A’s are also going to be added in the future, since the only difference between them and the T2B10 would be uh… missiles, namely IRIS-T and better AMRAAMs, however I think those, along with the Meteor, will be reserved for Tranche 4 aircraft as they also bring in AESA radars.
But alright, fair enough.

Didnt there is an Skin on the J-8B in game with the markings of an Chrashed Plane?
We know in 2019 they were 2 EFs over Germany which chrashed in the Air, 1 Pilot survived, the other not… RIP

Sadly the report doesn’t define which Tranche 2s were block 10 spesifically in that list. So for that we need to be clear its a Block 10 spesifically.
It actually looks very beautiful. I hope when they do the backlight of the buttons they will be made the same pixel
They model it selectively.
The MiG-21’s engines uses the “war setting” thrust but the MiG-29 curiously doesn’t use it.

I wish MiG-29 got the war thrust setting.
It would make it fly better, especially the SMT.
Unfortunately it’s really hard almost impossible to separate or tell between the blocks specifically blocks within a specific Tranche.
there is almost no visible differences between each block apart of software and weapons upgrades such like or in the form of PE program, but to say the least it’s better to pick any Tranche 2 Eurofighter at the moment, better than using a T3 or a T1 as skin or a model in the end.
This is next to impossible to do as features that would separate a T2B10 jet from any other are also shared by every single Eurofighter that has come after the Block 10 aircraft have taken to the skies, and pretty much every single aircraft since then has also been provided with Block 10s features, even if they’re actually a Tranche 1 aircraft.
Seriously, just change the name to a Tranche 3 Block XX, that’s much easier.
