Italy was a pioneer in aviation. Airships served its army from the mid-1880s, and on March 28th 1923, the Air Force became a separate branch of the armed forces. Renowned director Hayao Miyazaki celebrated Italian aviation in his animated films Porco Rosso and The Wind Rises, and the image of a black horse standing on its heel, depicted on the plane of Italian World War I ace Francesco Baracca, inspired the Ferrari logo.

About this helicopter
- The A-129 International (p) is a maneuverable helicopter, ideal for engaging enemy ground vehicles. The pilot is assisted in this by a radar and thermal imaging sight, Hydra-70 M247 rockets, TOW anti-tank guided missiles, and AGM-114B Hellfire guided missiles.
