flares will do nothing lol
Altitude should be 8km… Also, surely Germany will also be getting an IRIS-T SLS equipped vehicle, right? :clueless:
Yoo love u man
And python 4 is on spyder sr
Seems like the slm would have been a far superior choice.
Ok i didnt know about aim9n and never heard of it but its still stupid if they gonna add spyder aio with a complete new missiles now when they have both python 4 and derby ready to be on the spyder sr
IRIS-T doesn’t give a rat’s exhaust about flares lmao
Now hold your horses youngsport, we dont wanna sweden to feel threatened or left out.
I mean the Ito has nearly the same range, and is not a fire and forgett solution
one for germany plz
BR 12.0? Oh, this is going to be a fun useless machine.
Noice, EldE
Spoiler
NEW SPAA!!
8 with the ammo crate mechanic
surely they’ll respond to the kh38mt situation right?
“we hear your complaints, but we don’t hear your complaints. we’ll increase SP cost by 5%.”
You mean the missile, that it’s own marketing info shows it could track ships at best?
No, no they will not.
its not possible since the vehicle uses the trailer as part of its drive system, so the teailer tracks are powered to, also it turns like a wheelloader using its trailer
Funnily enough, the Kh-38mt in-game has almost twice the average speed and seeker capability (it should only be able to lock onto ships and factories) compared to what marketing brochures indicate. Its performance in game is based on nothing but Gaijin’s fantasy, not even the Russian military’s fantasy…
LETS GOOOOOO! :D
That altitude should be 6 km as far as i know.

@Stona_WT I think the biggest question here is the lock range as that plays a bigger role than actual range when it comes to IR-missiles. Is it possible to perhaps get a hint on that range already?
Additionally, this would likely be the best opportunity to into duce LOAL capabilities to the game, is this at all a possibility or not something currently considered?
Edit:
After a bit more reading it seems like there are 3 versions of the IRIS-T SLS, MK.I/MK.II/MK.III with altitude ranges of 5/6/8 km respectively, i’m not at all certain though.
