So far though Russia is the only nation with a pack like that. GB, US, and Germany all only have 5.7 packs.
I doubt Germany will be getting a 6.3 pack- what would you even put in it SPAAG wise? And you already have a premium pack Tiger II, unlike Russia which was lacking a premium pack 6.7-7.0 tank
Edit: I honestly could be wrong. Thats fine. But if I am I hope multiple other nations receive these packs as well.

also in dev stream i see the EX shares the CM slot with the SNIPER pod, this shouldn’t be the case as F-15E/EX can take chaff on the CM dispenser below SNIPER pod.
