Do you think isreal should get an India sub tech tree?

I feel like a broken record repeating this, but as long as people repeat this bad take I’ll continue to do so.

Israel has more than enough unique content to justify an independent tech tree. The snail, for reasons unknown, just refuses to add any of it.

@ofekk213 put together This masterpiece of a concept tree.

We do not need a Subtree when all of the stuff in that can be added instead.

Just read that low tier suggestion and I not sure is that suggestion a good idea, 7 Sherman in tech tree really a bad idea. And unlike US, this suggestion didn’t have any full lineup for major BR. Maybe Gaijin might add it into the game but will it attract other players like me to grind it? The answer is NO. There are other tree which provide more interesting vehicle and a proper lineup, it is no way to waste my time in a tree that only have M4, Magach, Centurion and Merkava

Every tree has to start somewhere, and currently you still have to grind through low tiers to reach Israel, but in another nations vehicles you may never want to play again.

Its makes more sense to start Israel from Tier I even if its flawed, and once introduced even more vehicle suggestions might get made that aren’t currently listed.

It’d also be much better to have a rank I-III in Israel, so that people aren’t starting at 6.0 with no crew skills.

Enough? Did you ever count how many repeating vehicle in your “masterpiece”? Main reason of the sub-tree is to strengthen the weaknesses of a tech tree, and that so call “masterpiece” is just extented the time to grind and pushing most of the player away I would say, the benefit to the tree is tiny

Did you ever count how many unique vehicles ? Because I count well over 50 (that aren’t even in game yet)

6 Tiran, 15 Merks, 5 Sabra, 14 Magach, 8 Sherman, 3 Centurion according to that masterpiece, 51 repeated vehicle in 1 tree and I also excluded those vehicle using Sherman and M3 half-track as chassis, maybe I blind but I don’t see any master in this piece. And the ridiculous part is that DEFENCE INDUSTRY SUB-TREE, that is just a Arpil Fool joke. There is no way Gaijin will adding those vehicle under that reason LOL

Again, I’m really not sure why you completely ignore all the unique things, and only focus on the vehicles which belong to a Chassis you deem ‘copy paste’.

You lump all the Merkavas / Sherman’s / Tirans etc together as if they’re the exact same thing, when they all have different guns / turrets / armour / engines / systems etc.

It’s no different than how US has lots of Abrams. Britain lots of Challengers. Russia lots of T72/T80 etc etc.

These vehicles may not interest you, because you’ve clearly got some sort of agenda against this tree, but for people who actually play it, all this stuff looks incredibly fun and interesting.

You can’t honestly look at things like Eitan, Namer, Spyder, HVSD/ADAMS, Sholef, Hafiz, Pereh, FFVD etc etc and tell me those aren’t unique, don’t look interesting to play and aren’t worth adding. If you do. Idk. You’ve clearly sort of bias going on.

Other countries have stuff in their tree’s which are only there because a company within that country produced it. This would not be a new or unprecedented thing.

It’s still exponentially less ridiculous than things like a Swedish T80U / Mi28, or a Japanese F-16AJ.

I lump it all together is because they playstyle is similar or same, every chasis having they own limit of modification, that why you didn’t see a T-72 have depression rate more than -5.

Those vehicle is unique, but they also can easily fit into US tree and bring positive effect to US tree than stay in Israel tree

One or two is acceptable, but becoming a sub-tree that is ridiculous.

I not agree with that, Swedish T-80 and AH-64 some how acceptable but F-16AJ, R2Y2 and Ho-Ri is really ridiculous than this.

Honestly, yes I really don’t like Israel IRL due to the reason we all know, but this is not the reason I having bias against it. The reason I has bias against it is because it not strong enough served at a independent tech tree. Just look at the data, even the winrate of Israel look ok but see how many players in the battle, it’s all red even at 11.0 to 11.3 br which having the new premium, as comparison just look at Japan at same br. This shown that even with the premium Israel tree didn’t provide enough of interest to attract players grinding them, so it already proved as failure as a independent tree. Adding sub-tree or unique vehicle won’t save this situation, this is because the prize is not attracting enough, for example: Why everyone grinding Japan? I think most of the answer are to try the Type 10 4sec reload. Now I ask you, why should I grinding Israel? Is there any special feature I can’t find at other nation?

india is already a UK subtree, so your idea is impossible

Do you not think this is a direct result of the fact the tree, currently, is so largely panned as being ‘copy paste’?

Like. Looking at it objectively. Why would anyone, who isn’t interested in Israeli vehicles, ever grind Israel?

I have no interest in Russian vehicles, but I’m still grinding them to experience Pantsir. I have no interest in Italian vehicles, but I’ve just started grinding them to hopefully experience 2A7HU one day.

What is there to grind for in Israel?. Right now, nothing. Because the snail hasn’t added any of the cooler stuff the tree could get yet. Sholef V2 would be better than Vidar, people would grind for that. Spyder would be better than Pantsir, people would grind for that. Etc etc.

The tree is stuck in this cycle where the snail seems to neglect it, and only give it ‘copy paste’ because not many people play it, but it’s exactly that which is causing not many people to play it. It’s a self fulfilling, self defeating cycle.

Let’s just say that I know a couple of Indians in real life, and they don’t really want to be associated with anything Israel right now. One Indian friend of mine that plays War Thunder said that it will be very stupid (albeit they also hate how India is grouped under Britain).

war thunder politics seems to revolve around the 1930s (with the exeption of israel), which india was a dominion of the uk then, so i don’t see it as out of the question

i count 1 or 2 more original vehicles than the original israeli tree, that is a massive issue, sure there’s some domestic modifications but like, there’s like 7 basic designs that permiate the entire tree, half of which are functionally the same or copy paste of other nations and i really don’t see the benifit of adding all this instead of just adding the important variants to a usa sub tree

I genuinely can’t tell if you’re trolling or not.

That is not unique, because if ASEAN tree really added and giving to Japan/China, they definely will got it from Singapore or Philippine

You still don’t get it, is not about a outstanding SPG but about the strength of tree, and the strength is not decided by they SPG but MBT. Taking Germany 8.0 as example, just let said it suck. It really is! But this doesn’t means Marder, DF105, Raketenautomat, suck, the main reason Germany 8.0 suck is because Leopard and M48 suck, they just can’t hold the line against those 7.7 US/Soviet heavy tank or 8.7-9.0 more modern MBT.

Now Israel tree also facing the same problem Sholef V2 maybe better than Vidar but it not and can’t be the spine of the tree.

And I think you already realise the problems, I don’t know what reason make you want to experience Pantsir and 2A7HU, but the reality is they make you grinding those tree. Current or even future Israel won’t get a vehicle that strong like the 2A7 or BVM or unique like Type 10, so adding Spyder won’t bring any significant change.

from the original tech tree, and i meant to say domestic. no i am not trolling i just struggle for words sometimes to get my point across
