TBF, I completed my F5 task yesterday already, so I can go full steam with Japanese Ground today…but still, the grind for an ongoing event should be taken into consideration when you do such promotions.

Japan starter pack is half price right now. You’ve got a week to get to rank 3, not hard with a rank 2 premium tank and a plane.
