Depends on the ground pen. When its around 80-100mm Iβd guess there will be Falcon like BR bumps. These kind of autocannon vehicles are just too effective vs. ground on most map types.

You mean like the Gepard, XM246, Falcon, and ZA-35?
Those also pen cupolas, MG ports, shot traps, and such just fine.
This Anti-air will be very good if your able to land a hit on a plane.
