Sorry to say, but that is not true. At the first dev it was a prem indeed:

Okay yet again from the first day of dev server on the 24th of October when everyone could join it was in the Italian Tech tree. At no point did I say it was never a premium, which is true as I said this comment here: “It wasn’t a premium on the dev server it was after f84G or before IIRC”,
I know it was shown as a premium in the devstream but like all things on the dev server its subject to change the same way the AH56 was premium then went to a squadron vehicle.
So please don’t try and put words in my mouth that I never said thank you =)

It’s also in the regular tree and with a correct engine, which is a huge win.

A cool rank 5 jet that isn’t gonna be premium? Insane
they were most propably not included so this aircraft is not forced to be 10 BR (all aircrafts with magic 1 are 10+) where it would have literaly no chances at doing anything (same story as L-39)
