Unfortunately there are sources that confirm 12 seconds as well. and videos cant be taken at face value because they are easily manipulated.
Its possible there was a gunner override or something that allowed for 9 second rotation, but Im not if there is any un-classified evidence for it. For now we have to settle for 12 seconds. Though again, 12 seconds should be achievable without ACE crew.
