Can we have a 40mm IFV like the Ajax, Boxer or Warrior Verdi II for top/higher tier?
Gaijin
Sure, take this 30mm Badger for 9.X

GJ logic: both icv and mcv are 9.7 and better, therefore badger should be 10.0.
This is a joke(kind of) I’m hoping for 9.3 if it’s not going to have irst/spall liners
its a vehicle plattform like the boxer chassis, which the vilkas and the boxer mgs are versions of,
prob 9.7 like VBCI-2, RCV (p) & ICV (p)
i have no knowledge of a boxer variant with a 40mm
Now thats cool
Is the variant we are getting the Badger Section Variant or Badger Fire Support Variant? Both look the same externally but the FSV carries extra ammo and a 2 man anti-tank team in place of passengers.
i personally do not see a good reasoning why to choose an abandoned turret test rig, over the latest warrior iterations or ajax
They would be, but it’s still an additional option as Britain is making Boxers (about 100+ been made so far) and I’m not sure if they have abandoned the turret or not . But tested is more than enough for Gaijin
But either are better than a 9.7 given we have no 9.7 lineup so you’ll be uptiering this to 10.3
I see the higher usecase and the lineup thing
i would say final agreement, it would have a reason to exist and from there we are at gaijins mercy,
also i want to mention that gaijin has no problem putting 30 mm and 25 mm autocanons at 10.0+ br(freccia, namer, puma, cv90 mk4) and i know some of those are heavily armored
More IFV added.
Nation’s WR will decrease
And so it begins…
Has FnF ATGMs
Has FnF ATGMs
Fair, thought it was 40mm
Has FnF ATGM
The Badger IFV will be 9.7 on par with the ICV (P) or RCV (P) in Japan
So its just a wierd decision to add it to the game, at 9.7 with our only other 9.7 TT vehicle being the Tracked Raiper. When the Ajax would have been a 10.3 equivalent to things like the 9040C, 2S38, Puma, etc and then a second with Javelin could have been added for 10.7/11.0 and would have actually been a top tier IFV.
Becuase its not even going to be our higher BR IFV, even though the Desert Warrior is over BRed like hell.

Pretty much all I want from SA. And only because RATO on a Buc S2 sounds like fun and a tad useful for maps like Afghanistan where getting airbourne is a chore
but this only have 30mm cannon, can it be higher tBR than desert warrior?
Amazing addition for the UK.
Yes. It uses an actual autocannon. Not that that 25mm. I also has much, much better mobility
What i dont understand is why its such a high br, the guns ROF is 60 or so rounds a min in 3 second bursts, from a 40 round linkless magazine. The brochure people are passing around is the proof of concept brochure, and doesn’t reflect the vehicle as built, hence why everything is 3d images, it even says the design can change at any time at the bottom of said brochure, which others here have already pointed out is referring to the bushmaster not the gun as fitted.
Brochure people are quoting:
