Dassault Rafale - Variants, Characteristics, Armament and Performance

It’s the fact that it was outfitted to various airframes, flown, demonstrated, and advertised that makes me doubt it wasn’t available if needed. The Rafale flew low intensity combat missions and would never have not needed more than 6, so of course they didn’t when employed, but I don’t see why the cockpit’s weapon management station would highlight and have access to a pylon that supposedly cannot carry anything at all
It makes the most sense it could carry them, but didn’t in its employment history

Report for Rafale Instantaneous and sustained turn rate. Pls upvote and add prooves if you have some …

so whats the current stance on MICA EMs on the wingtips?

Historical

Le-Rafale-F3R
French-Navy-Receives-1st-Rafale-M-Fighter-Upgraded-to-F3-R-Standard
both are f3r and different configuration but we can clearly see that i indeed can carry 8 missiles

C101 and M02 - Both non-Production.

The discussion is pointless anyway. There is more prove against the eight MICA capability on non F.4.1 than otherwise.

tell that to Phantom FGR.2, F-4J or other 11.7/12.0 vehicles, or this tragedy:

you can see the stats if you scroll .

am disappointed

in your article :
"Rafale can achieve a 100 to 110 degrees AoA angle of attack, while the Typhoon is limited to 70 degrees.

But the Typhoon’s Leading Edge Root Extensions (LERX) and ridges along the fuselage give it a 100-degree AoA angle of attack." (the 2nd value of Typhoon is hypothetic in case of overriding the system, which Rafale doesn’t need to ^^)

100° easy Cobra maneuver ^^

some sources say that the rafale can do cobra but when i try to look at it the link show a blank page so surely , surely not .

Stalin actually.^^

ok so the rafale can do the cobra but he need a modification of the laws of “CDVE” it’s When entering a turn, the CDVEs do it for the drivers. This is the turn coordination, which is installed in the normal law. On the most recent aircraft, it even exists in degraded laws. The most sophisticated lateral flight control law keeps sideslip permanently at zero.

I add your sources to the bug report, thx :)

Ty for answering. These kind of articles can’t be used as sources for reports. However devs are now aware of a legit source and a report that states 32 °/s and 24°/s respectively, so let’s wait and see

I didn’t follow, what is the source for that?

“legit” source, that not sure, we have to wait and see.
