Look closely, I use IRST first because it has a 90 degree gimbal limit, then I toggle to my radar, which switches to TRK MEM because the target is beyond the gimbal limit, but I can launch a MICA anyway.

Doesnt matter since radar will try to use most suitable mode in order to fire MICA in that situation, just like it does in real life.
The radar can always guide the MICA in whatever mode it can uses to track a target. The IRST in game however can not do that. He is just using the larger gimbal limit of the IRST to get a memory track with the radar which in turn can guide the MICA. It’s still not working like it does IRL, that was the point

Anyway when can we get our unique pilot model, since only Rafale lacks its real life pilot model I believe it’s time for us to receive proper pilot model with Scorpion HMD.

Just for clarification ECE 1/30 ( Escadron de chasse et d’expérimentation = Experimental fighter Squadron ) is part of the 30-SK ( 30th fighter wing ) hence the 1/30 ( 1st squadron of the 30th fighter wing ). The specific Rafale number is 362. It is normal that future demonstrators come from this squadron since it’s their ‘‘raison d’être’’ .

This not base F3 model anyway so your claim is pointless, not to mention starting with F2 all Rafale models until F4 tested with HMD which is more than enough for adding anyway.
One is in game detailed model while other one is just a visual change, still EFT HMD should be accurate as well.
One thing i don’t understand is why do you guys keep appearing every time we talk about Rafale XD.

How is us talking about a bug report of the rafale off topic?
The removal of the posts was completly unreasonable, since its a fact it happend specialy for the rafale and or rafale equipment multiple times now. Its pretty on topic
