not much is known, but from what is “public” :
good old classic jamming, LWR, RWR, automatic countermeasure deployment, (but those are old tech by now)
Jamming/threat detection is most likely 2-40 GHz
And, unconfirmed as well but very likely : it can fire a missile with the RWR only

For the US DASSs or spectra for the rwr claim? I’ve heard of it for alr-94 (and logically would apply to asq-239)

laser gives range, TV sensor gives heading, so technically the same data a radar would give
That data is then fed to the FCS and a MICA EM, IR or Meteor can be fired just like if it was the radar

As far as I know; total export orders currently at ~260 Rafales (new aircraft)
- Indonsia: 42
- Qatar: 36
- France: ~50 (+ renovation of older airframes to F.4)
- India: 36 F.4
- Greece: 12
- UAE: 80

yeah i think it was 26 Rafale M.
And anyway India numbers will most likely ends up with more rafale especially when they will produce some directly in India
