Dassault Rafale - Variants, Characteristics, Armament and Performance

SO just for closing the debates the rafale F3R can carry 8 missiles i have done severale bug report all denied because a video is not a source for them

It is not tigermeet

Not so fictional. All TV/IR AGM-65 use the same infrastructure and dont require any major changes to the carrier aircraft. Besides all JAS39C are cleared for AGM-65G

It’s the 2023 solo display camouflage.

From memory, the JAS39C the SAAF got was not cleared. It was a very early version (and also kind of a scam for a host of reasons).

But regardless, using fictional in the sense of “not operated by the platform”. If we’re going off of “cleared for use” then Sweden could be armed with almost everything on their JAS39s lol

I know, but the original post was referring to Tigermeet

Ah right. Still, i’m very happy we got the 2023 one, it’s very pretty. Brit Eurofighter got the Blackjack skin, and I hope they’ll get the WW2-inspired one as well.

It was and they literally ordered pylons for AGM-65

Argument for Swedish AGM-65G was that they already operated AGM-65 (RB75 / RB75T) with no issues on their Gripens and since other weapons they carried just couldnt be added they got new all weather seeker model to stay competitive

I didn’t notice we were talking about tigermeet

The more you know. Thought it wasn’t cleared for the G variant.

Yes, this was part of the argument, especially given that Tung was relatively similar weight.

But this is also a Rafale thread so carrying on about the whys of why the fellow is wrong is a bit excessive.

It never been armed, so i doubt it,…

Well my message was to partially defend logic behind Scorion HMD being available on Rafale F3R. Replacing it with the basic HMS “symbology” would be tragic and completely not needed considering other addition this game have seen in the past.

Ah yeah. There’s plenty of reasons for the scorpion to stay present on the F3R. Hell of a lot more reasons for it to remain than not.

First and most important one is the fact that Scorpion HMD was tested on F3 models.

If this is not enough for Gaijin i dont know what it is.

oui mais si vois bien il n’y a jamais de photo montrant le rafale avec tout son emport mais c’est possible les caracteristique de dassault mentent pas

So where the extra pylons that allow the Rafale to carry 8 missiles. But that wassnt enough for Gaijin

Im okay with 6 missiles in this current configuration, however if we loose our SCORPION HMD and get export one then Rafale should recieve additional missiles as well.

15 minutes is a bit of a stretch for how long that would take to put together. 5 is all you’d need.
