Agreed, a B-36 folder with the B, D, and H variants would be ideal. It would give the B-36 plenty of much-needed representation, without cluttering the tree.
That would be absolutely insane. +1
The B-36 gets a big +1 from me, mainly for the T-12 Cloudmaker, but also because the US has a ton of bombers that Gaijin still hasn’t added, many of which are historically significant, like the B-52, B-1, B-47, and B-50 to name a few, and that’s not including all the cool prototypes that could be added. Anyways, I figured I’d leave the stats of the T-12 here, in case OP wants to include them.
T-12 Cloudmaker Stats:
Spoiler
Length (w/ tail assembly): 322 in (818 cm)
Body Diameter: 54 in (137 cm)
Weight: 43,600 lbs (19,777 kg)
Explosive Weight: 17,600 lbs (7,983 kg)
Explosive Type: Tritonal (1.05x)
TNT Equivalent: 18,480 lbs (8,382 kg)

Yes, or even the B and then D/H folder. But all foldered into one is good especially if there are more Rank V bombers like the B-50 or YB-35
Bump +1
+1 need T-12
Sorry for the astronomically Late reply.
I decided to suggest the B-36A due to its significance as the first variant, and the armament currently provided is allowed by the forums suggestion rules.
I have a B-36B suggestion drafted that will be uploaded soon.
I guess that would be bette, yeah
Still hoping for this to finally come to the game!
Lets hope that GJ decides that gamemode for strategic bombers is a great idea, then we will have chance for more bigger bombers.
funnily enough despite being over its listed takeoff weight one of these bombs was tested by a b29 (possibly slightly modified) so we could see them in game right now
Even without this bomb we could get two big bombs for B-29, Pumpkin (5 t with 2900 kg composition B) and Tarzon (radio guided 5,9 t with 2400 kg torpex).
There were also Amazon II and Samson bombs (about 11 t?) but I do not know to much about them.
thats true
I really dont know why they havent added any really big bombs for the US tree
No joke this is one of my mothers favourite aircraft so obligatory +1 from me
I’d say no because it was one time as a testbed specifically for the development of the B-36. However…
And of course the best ordinance, actually used in combat and with extreme meme potential,
atp just let B-29 carry nukes in regular battles lol
They’ve actually got not much more filler than the 12,000lb HC, at 4,300kg of torpex vs 3,974kg because they’re penetrating bombs and not high-capacity
I do not think this is a good argument, but I understand it. I would like to have as much options as possible since this is more fun plus naval players (all 10 of them) would have accurate bomb to delete some BBs plus currently only Germany has bomb like this one.
I think you misunderstand. I’m advocating against the T12 Cloudmaker, but for the T14 Grand Slam and the ASM-A-1 Tarzon.
Ah yes my bad, I thought you were against ASM-A-1 Tarzon.
