So far I have only seen pics of them being deployed on parked trailers, dunno if that is because of how Sweden operates them specifically or if that variant of the Patriot system could actually be operated like the SAMP/T, Sky Sabre, SPYDER, etc
However, from what I’ve read on the forums, they seemingly cannot be used without properly deploying them first
Would also give sweden a new exclusive gripen, they are currently the most boring air nation for Rank 8 as they lack the diversity every ither nation has gameplay wise. Hoping for Norwegian F16 with IRIS-T for ground targets since thats such a unique and weird feature lol

Nordic doctrine doesn’t really see ground invasion as that much of a threat compared to naval threats, so no reason to spend more money to get a mobile platform. Norway sorta focused on that but not to a extent thats worth adding.
Finland is more so focused on Ground but for the rest of us its naval threats that are the primary concern, additionally Finnish forests are hell to navigate making most terrain very anti modern war accessible.

I wouldn’t call them bad ideas (though Hungary, Benelux and India could’ve been in better places), it was just really poorly executed with tons of the domestic mods and vehicles ignored.

It’s from Sweden apparently, but again, it’s on a trailer and not on the truck, so I don’t know if it can be fired without being properly deployed (dunno if thats even the right word)

I mean, the trailer is supposed to have the launcher mounted on it while the trailer itself is towed by the truck
