People are too busy moaning about M1A2T and how the whole game should change just so their beloved Bebrams doesn’t get copied into an another tree.
The same reason any tree needs foreign vehicles, fill gaps and bring some diversity to the game.
I’m pretty sure culture is not a factor whatsoever, it’s always either common history or military ties mixed with diversity/gap filling opportunities.
Britain got South Africa and India because of the Commonwealth and for diversity reasons.
Italy got Hungary and Romania because they were minor Axis nations and as gap fillers.
Japan got Thailand most likely because of historical ties (pre-war, WW2 Axis and positive modern day relations), but mostly for their tree filling opportunities.
France got BeNeLux because of historical ties and probably for diversity reasons.
And Sweden got Finland because of their strong military ties and tree filling opportunities (which they havent really made use of so far lol).
Chile is what the community’s been asking.
(Singapore also made sense due to the early clandestine ties/trainings)
