Hmm…what i’ve understood from the whole thing.
Markerless RB comes back for a few days so i’ll play that instead. And in my days off.
Gaijin has become lazy, they sell shaggy tanks for huge amounts of money and don’t blush. Okay, you stuck it in one nation, but France is one of the unique ones and the leopard there is like a slap in the face of the players. I’m waiting for Britain Leopard

I see that Jeep in the picture, are we getting our Recoilless Rifle Jeeps? (I know the answer is no, let me be hopeful. Surely a Jeep with a RR wouldn’t be an event vehicle anyways right?)
Software can always be changed, and likely in this day and age (because this integration is pretty modern). But we don’t know for sure.

this is all great news
except the Leopard 2a4 premium for France, there are already multiple 2a4 premiums in the game, it would be nice to see something from France itself or its subtrees that is more unique,
and the refusal to nerf the AI controlled gun AA being TOO accurate

One thing I’m losing more and more hope for, but thought I’d at least ask here is this: will there ever be any changes to bomber damage models and ai gunners targeting ranges.
Currently ingame bomber damages models are severely underperforming, either that or damage from rounds are overpreforming. As has been well known, back in the early days of war Thunder bombers did not preform like this in the slightest, and were well known for being extremely tanky and survivable. Nowadays a single high explosive 30mm round can blow the tail off even a B-29.
As for gunners, their ranges are incredibly poor and purposely so. Back in the day they were also well known for being lasers really, having 1km+ targeting ranges and precise targeting. Since then, they can now only engage within .6km max, and despite sources showing gunners being able to historically engage and begin firing with a far excess of that range, gaijin developers have stated they desire to keep it low for balance, rather than nerfing their accuracy.
Will any of this ever change? For a company/game that prides itself on historical accuracy, these aircraft are far from accurate in the way they’re preforming right now…

They slapped in a Leopard 2a5 and 2a6 to solve frances issue of hte leclerc wasnt as good as other top tiers, then hammered a 2a7 into italy.
Britian will likely get some Indian tank or a russian C&P tank “considered” by india.
When in reality Britian trialed an M1A2 (or could be M1A1 not sure) and a damn leopard ourselves .
The game makes no sense at this point, WHY is the premium for france about to be a god damned leopard 2a4? that is just stupid.

This monster is capable of firing 8 (if i recall the amount correctly) Radar guided AAMs. It would have been a good addition 2 years ago, with the flarakrad and the ITO. But it wasnt. SPYDER is of course better :)

This is the only thing I don’t agree with here. The Shilka’s (and every other SPAA) are way too powerful when being used by AI, Sim players have been saying this for years now. Also the S-75’s need work to be actually radar guided, like other radar AA’s they are basically SACLOS guided when used by the AI. Making them not able to be notched or chaffed 99% of the time.

Leclerc is a good top, that’s the joke, that the uniqueness of nations has disappeared… the same tanks everywhere, what’s the point of pumping France if there are leopards in Germany?
