The massive amount of explosive makes the MITL effective for LMUR, where with the SPIKE you’ll have to spend time aiming/guiding just to destroy someone’s tracks, if you are lucky.
Oh wait, single Pantsir SM-SV will be able to take entire team of SPIKE slingers, daring to use MITL lol

After everything you’ve done to the top-tier Ground RB balance over the past two years, it’s quite strange to see this news without any mention of a dedicated tank-only mode. When are we finally going to get a game mode where tanks aren’t just another killstreak number for some pilot?

Curious how you think this is balanced.
Half the speed and of course its against the Pantsir SM in 95% of the matches you can use it.
Decision to add the Pantsir is already suspect since it isn’t even remotely comparable to any other SPAA in game.

Could it be said that Japan places a greater emphasis on this update?
Su-15 is too modern for DCT, and as a mass-produced aircraft it doesn’t really fit the bill, since DCT tends to be prototypes/limited production only. It also likely doesn’t meet the popularity requirement (it has to be something requested for a long time).
It can also be ruled out if the assumption of no repeated nations holds, since USSR already got a DCT vehicle.
I instead expect the Su-15 to be the main air reward for the winter event, or a tech tree vehicle.

can they adress the severe lack of rank 4 and 5 SPAA instead? the tree already has an 8.7 SPAAG and i’m not even sure the PTRL would get 8.3 if its modelled with its stronger radar

Su15 is likely winter event. It does not meet the criteria for dct in anyway. It’s a mass produced interceptor way past ww2
