worse gun. worse anti tank defence. only place where they really win is stinger count.
For air defense the gun is better, the anti tank defense doesn’t matter when the BR is based on AA performance

Them constantly reaffirming it is the hint itself.
It leaves them wiggle room in case something catastrophic happens and they can’t be added, but this clearly shows they are planning to do it.
