Rafale can’t get AIM-120s at all.
GNSS already has drift though even on ground munitions and its not something you can change when the coordinate is stored so im not sure thats the case here

YES, because main problem isn’t a weird plane or weapon.
Its not currently planned no. AIM-120D is being added to improve the US top tier. Rafale and Eurofighter for example are in no need of that currently.

Is Gaijin just going to copy & paste Aim120C5 code into the Aim120D. If so, Aim120D will have the worst turn rate in the game because it has higher speed and acceleration.

I wouldnt say no to one of Iowas or SoDaks sisters,
sure a completely new ship would be nicer but the list of available classes is getting kinda short
GNSS does not have drift. it is rather inaccuracy or offset from the original designated point.

Regarding the White Rock Fortress, have the entire map been updated or just the RB version?
There was a larger variant often featured in SB that was even more in a need for refinement. Ground RB needs more large maps, and not these CSGO maps.
