all they have to do is release it for free and says its fair use, boom parody and sony cant go after it, plus I don’t think sony cares there’s a lot off people selling patches of it online
they can try, but its not like one decal loosely related to their copyright will be enough. the historical context of the decal would make it particularly difficult

Nike pays the movie for product placement, that isnt even that same thing.

It is how it works, they will sue for using their logo with no permission. Movies are not in the habit of giving away free advertisements to companies. If their logo is on screen they got paid to use it or there was some sort of deal on had to get that product in the movie
