Been trying the Battlepass challenge that became available to day and so far there have been nothing but problems with it. I have had several kill with Torpedo’s and hardly any of them have registered as kills to the challenge so whats going on? They supposed to count as both Bot and Player Kills yet none are registering. Anyone else having issues oh and yes I am using rank 3.
Challenge specifies that kills need to be bluewater ships. Could just be some of your kills not getting counted were costal ships?
nope all were on bluewater ships
Got the same issue, Thunder. 3 confiremd torpedo kills already according to result sheet but none counted so far.
Just have to say, I am struggling with this challenge. AI boats shred me before I can even get to a Bluewater ship
yeah same issue. For me it seems, that the BOT blue water ships doesn`t count. But in realistic u cant see if the ship is a bot or a player… I am trying this challenge since 3 days, got over the matches 17 torpedo kills on blue water ships and the callenge says that i have only killed 2… All with the VS-10 germany

Yeah i think we all saw that, but it seems that the challenge is bugged
Perhaps you can pass feedback on that these challenges are terrible.
Bug Report is open. I found out, that u must have a Coastal only lineup that the Torpedo Kills count. When u que with a Blue Water Ship the Cahllenge doesn`t count,
Perhaps that is what is meant by the reference to “coastal fleet” ?
But if it is, that is pretty obscure / unclear in my opinion.

what I have noticed in the kill feed is that when you do get a kill with a torpedo it doesn’t always say it was a torpedo kill, most time I have had a hit on a ship it seem like just a regular kill even though it was hit with a torpedo.
yeah but i had the Luigi Cadora in my lineup. I played only coastal boats and got torpedo kills with them. and the kills doesn`t count. Later i removed the Luigi Cadora and the kills counted.
If you have a lot more success with a Coastal only line-up which reinforces what you’ve seen so far, then it’d be good if you post back here to help others.
They should word it more precise! As I have just unlocked the challenge, I will test too.
Can you reload torps somewhere in realistic? Or is this basically an arcade job?
in the german version it says: do a torpedo kill with a coastal boat. so there it is precise… maybe they translated it wrong

It would have to say “lineup without bluewater ships”

yeah i had a plane in my lineup
So air isn’t problematic.
