Either through their straight implementation or through a post acknowledging changes that are about to be implemented thanks to the community.
Most updates and Bug fixes already happen because of players reporting them.
It is by far not out of the question that the devs might listen here

We already waited a long time for the research bonuses and it gets delayed yet again, is it really that complex that it can’t be introduced yet? Genuinely curious on why this isn’t in the game yet.

In Naval, you can gain more SL than other modes, ground and air without using booster too
And most of the player that hates naval is because don’t know how to play it well

In fact, I want gaijin considered new targeting pod with gen 3 pod & sight and replace AN/AAQ-28(V) Litening II on F-16C Block 50 in USA tech tree this year
It’s maybe good news for AV-8B Plus and other aircraft armed with AN/AAQ-28(V) Litening II targeting pod in the future
