the event tank hint is pretty bad, how are we supposed to guess an existing tank with different weapons and systems if there’s a ton of them? could have specified atleast something more appealing.
Gaijin’s German office is located in Karlsruhe, a city near several notable WWI/II warship. Besides Baden, there’s also Mannheim, Stuttgart, and Strasbourg (in France). Perhaps one of these three cities could be the inspiration? (A French battleship? Thats fetched)

the g6 hvm is worth a try, we rarely get spaa as something special but it’s an existing vehicle with a whole different playstyle (weapon and systems) and is already a leaked one.

It won’t, there’s no precedent for SPAA in events, let alone ones that are pretty needed.
