Churchill Mk. IV (75mm) - The Official Rearmament

My current thinking for the Churchills is along the lines of this:

3.3 - Mk. I
3.7 - Mk. III 6pdr L/43 and either the Mk. VI or IV (75) with whichever one isn’t in the tree being a squadron vehicle
4.0 - Mk. IV 6pdr L/50, NA75, and Mk. III*
4.3 - Mk. III Late
4.7 - Mk. VII and VIII

The question is where to put the Mk. V? 3.7 but foldered with the Mk. I perhaps?

I know it’s a lot of tanks but it gives players a wide choice for a lot of situations and each BR increase would have noticeable improvements over the previous ones. Let me know what you guys think.

Personally I’d drop the Mk I back to 3.0, that way it can share a BR with the Gun Carrier. Gun Carrier gets a far better gun, while the Mk I gets a turret. The 2-Pdr on the Churchill is terrible at 3.3, you can make it work on something like an AC I at 3.0 because that has the mobility to flank, but on an infantry tank you’re basically facing everyone head-on unless they’re out of position.

I’d put the Mk V at 3.3, replacing the old Mk I position as the Mk V suffers from similar issues as the Mk I. While the 95mm Tank Howitzer has better penetration than the QF 75mm, it has far worse velocity, has a longer reload, and can’t penetrate through terrain features.

The rest I can agree with.
