Why would it b carrying two identical ACMI pods and normally ACMI pods don’t have fins.

I dont see a fuel boom though?.
The fuel boom can be taken off easily, the principle structure of the fuel boom is there though as you can see just below the cockpit there is a bump that is where the fuel boom supposed to go, but that is a J8B, as there is a block of green composite material on the tail.

Yeah I see but the F16 would normally have only one on rather than two since it could go on the wing tip hardpoints and the other one would carry a AIM9

It’s a J10A carrying it, but what is the round head large fins missile on the other wing, I’ve only seen PL8s with such big fins, but they would have two sets of fins.
Maybe older PLAAF ACMI Pods had fins. That J-8 picture is probably from late 1990s.
Are you sure those are of the J-8H? Air Power Australia (an imperfect blogger as all are) seems to have indicated it was a J-8F.

In this picture those ACMI pods look even more like a missile. It kinda reminds me of R73.
Yeah, not to sure on those, I haven’t spent the headache towards trying to figure them out yet.

It is carrying two of them so it is unlikely to be ACMI since normally only one is carried.

JF-17 can carry 7 500lb bombs, so that means it should be able to carry 7 500lb LS-6?
great they added the LS-6 for the JF-17, the J10A, J8F and JH7A can also shoot them,
