Here are a couple more suggestions on my end for your tree:
ROCS Lo Yang (DD-14) - Benson-class Destroyer transferred to the ROCN Post-War. She seems to have been modified at some point following her transfer, as the mast is not standard on the Benson-class; I’ve also seen some reference to her torpedos having been modified

ROCS Hsiang Yang (DD-1) - One of several Allen M Sumner’s transferred to the ROCN, all of which received substantial modifications in ROCN service (just using Hsiang Yang as an example).

And a slightly more controversial option, the ROCS Fen Yang. She was an Akizuki-class transferred to the ROCN in a disarmed state in 1947. Before the outbreak of the Korean War, Sasebo Heavy Industries was contracted to re-arm the ship using spare Japanese 100mm and 25mm guns and American 40mm Bofors, but the project was shelved due to the outbreak of the Korean War. That said, it might be a potential premium candidate. and there is precedent considering we have a number of ships with incomplete refits in-game

Thank you for the ideas but at the moment we do not have any plans on implementing Pakistan into the Chinese naval tech tree. As of now we are trying to fill the tech tree with vessels having direct connection with China.

Hi, thank you for the ideas. Could you please provide sources for USS Benson and change of torpedoes or any such modification occuring?
As far as we are aware about modifications of Allen M Summer-class it was Wu Chin I upgrade, which among other things added Hsiung Feng I missiles. We are not yet sure where to position them in the tech tree but but we do plan to implement Wu Chin I, II and III upgrades into our suggestion after missile destroyers get added into base game.
As for Fen Yang the idea sounds neat since the turrets would probably be unique and number of cannons overall differ from original ships. I could not find sources stating any specifics though.

Of course, I had to do a lot of digging on this, but the USN apparently transferred the ship without any torpedo tubes. So, at some point, not only was the mast of the ship modified, but the ROCN also added Mk 32 torpedo tubes, as seen in this very tiny photo.

According to Navypedia, the ship had a different mast by 1970. However, I have seen photos from the mid-60s with that mast. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to identify a date when the mast changed. Curiously, it seems Han Yang also received modifications to her aft mast.

thank you, will consider implementing it to tech tree. Interestingly USS Benson has not been added yet into the game in USA tech tree. As for Fen Yang I found the only mention of rearmament on Wikipedia which has sources to Toshio Tamura but I do not know Japanese.
No problem! Honestly, I’d probably suggest adding Han Yang to the TT, as she seems to have been the most modified of the Bensons the ROCN received. It is a shame the Benson/Gleaves hasn’t popped up yet; there are just so many ships that have been left unimplemented. Speaking of the Gleaves, it also appears that the ROCN modified some of the Gleaves-class Destroyers they received, so they might also be potential additions. I’ll keep looking into Fen Yang myself; I know a few people who speak Japanese.
Thank you for all the info and about Fen Yang. I doubt they would have whole turrets completed, similarly to Dan Yang when armed with Japanese guns. As for Gleaves-class I would want not to have too much similar foreign vessels without too little modifications. I hope you understand. Could put one as premium and one into the main tt. What do you think?
Aye, I’d say Han Yang is in the TT as of the last refit, and one of the Gleaves is in its final fit as a Premium. That said, be careful about which one you pick, as a couple of them seem to have been transferred with only three 5"/38s. I belive ROCS Nan Yang (DD-17) was the only one with four guns remaing

Have you considered adding the Fei Hong/Elli? It was intended to be the third sister of the Chao Ho-class but it was eventually transferred to Greece. Would make a good Rank I vehicle.
