And if it keeps OP missiles, JH-7A a 13.0 LARPing as a 12.3, and JH-7 is a 12.3 LARPing as an 11.3.

Wasn’t there the j8 upgraded with American tech but then cancelled? Would be cool unless none were actually ever produced
J-8 Peace Pearl. The AN/APG-66 was mounted, some ground tests were supposedly done but the whole program was shut down before any plane flew.
For something around that power level, I think the F-8IIM would be the best option. There’s the J-8H and J-10 with an earlier radar for launching Aspides, but I’d much rather see those in the regular tech tree.
Most of the bombing is made by F104s and Mig23s these days. They are much faster and can carry light napalm bombs
I’m a ground player, but found the Chinese air tree easy to grind out via A-5C, J-7E/J-8B, JH-7A. Why do we need more premiums? I’d be pushing for more tech tree additions, like J-10C.
J9 would be a fun premium
The avionics were tested and functional, but no test flights it seems. I had also tried to ask for some documents from the Deka Ironworks working on the J-8PP module for DCS but they said they couldn’t provide.

Don’t they have the J7D pound for pound one of the best airplanes for its br extremely potent and stupidly easy to get high kill games in? It can also grind the entire tech tree, so I don’t believe they need a better premium considering they already hold one of the best ones.

See I judge aircraft by how I perform in them because I am a terrible player and even worse at air rb but even I can get 5 kill matches decently common in it and it doesnt ever seem hard to get at least one kill with it.
What do you mean? everybody knows it’s not REAL base bombing unless you do it in an overpowered air superiority fighter!
Well, yes and no the issue is beating all the other J-7Ds to the kills. If you have 10 J-7Ds on your team it can be hard to get many kills before the enemy team is gone. I’m excited for the new Chinese premium because less J-7D players means more enemies for me to bully in it!
