What are you talking about? Merkava is in a way worse place than any of the chinese mbts. Yes the chinese mbts arent quite as good as they could be but they’re still pretty damn strong….
I usually brought the tank to top tier (12.7 with the F-15I cuz why not) and I could manage to get some kills (I’m not the best, though). If you have premium time additionally, you could get to the top quite fast.
