Its a service vehicle. Like the Church, T34 variants etc. It was officially adopted into German ranks with supply zipcodes, vehicle number, markings etc.

We certainly looked at them a lot and didnt fear them so much after knocking out a few and bagging one for home in tunisia ;-) Just think what a tiger can do in a tree without german mains
How did China get the parts? did they get it from the old USSR or something from a scrap yard?
