Centauro I 120 SQUADRON vehicle for the USSR tech tree

the most actractive piece of minor nations shouldnt be given to one of the bigger 3 nations, if they didnt have some kind of giant hand in development, thats at least my opinion.

I can understand that, however that doesn’t change my mind, there’s a bit of everyone’s stuff in everyone’s tree now. Opinions like you said.

i still think specialy the US and USSR dont need it
still find it funny always that german is treated the same when both russia and usa are X times bigger them germany with way more projects etc, but germany gets treated to the same standard as those 2 nations

US and USSR do have answers to everything themself and dont specialy need those.
And even if we speak for the fun of diversity yeah thanks, germany is getting switzerland thats peak diversity only realy giving the F/A 18 and F-5E which arent even known if they get CAS
ground is not realy anything intresting.
Not to forget that USSR is already multiple nations and they get their vehicles / modifications from a platora of different places

Be satisfied with the veichles Your nation can offer, if You want a centauro or a freccia the Italian tt exist in game.

realy only exceptions to that would be stuff like the kf41, exports

i want my lynx TT

that is an issues of subtrees (heck, for Me You can get the lynk now, I never liked Hungary as a sub tt and Italy is going to get national modified version of the Lynx).

propably germans biggest fear

because both italy and hungary are getting kf51s and kf41s that they dub them the italians tree speciality and dont add any version to germany

that is a possibility as well, but for me germany should get theyr prototypes at some point (I’m not used to apply double standards to different trees).

You can say this about any technology tree, the lack of a wheeled high caliber gun carrier for the USSR does exist, that’s why I think this would be a great opportunity of sorts, the U.S. already has the Stryker which is arguably one of the best in game, they also have plenty of prototypes, the Soviets have what? The Zhalo which isn’t even stabilized and will be more of a gimmick at 7.0ish battle ratings.

I get not wanting your favorite nations vehicles handed out like candy but the lack there of is there.

That is what I do mainly. I will like to rember You that Italian players were able to live withouth an heavy tank since the start (the tigris is not even Italian, it’s premium, and we just got that for a sub tt recently). If You really think that a wheeled light tank is needed so badly in the russian tree, try to look at what a potential sub tt could offer (for me trialed veichles should not be a thing in game).

Not every nation needs to fill every possible niche. So what if Russia lacks a wheeled large caliber vehicle? They have plenty of good vehicles as it is and the important niches are filled out, and their lineups aren’t exactly lacking. They will do just fine without it.

Doesn’t have to fill every niche, but looking to fill a certain niche for a certain tree isn’t against the rules, and this is an option to fill said niche. There is plenty of users going around trying to have the Pantsir added to their trees and nobody is complaining, maybe those trees niches aren’t having strong SPAA… just saying.

spaa isnt a niche that needs to be filled
thats a requirement

or you realy wanna put spaa on the same lvl as an main caliber wheely?

It can be a requirement all it wants but that won’t defeat the fact that not every nation has a strong SPAA assortment so that makes it a niche.

its a problem that needs to be solved
specialy since the pantsir was a pure mistake from gajin and the tor m1 should have been added to ussr as well

Israel , japan and italy all desperately needs competent spaas. Spaas are very necesary and a core aspect of the game.

wheelys main cannon lights are not. They can be replaced by ifvs which russia has many options of
the role of the lights is scouting to reduce air spawn points. this can be done by diffferent lights

spaas definitly do not have replacements

It’s a problem that can’t be solved unless Gaijin brings in multi piece systems, who knows if that’ll happen or not.
There are some pieces like the Spyder AIO and the Norwegian SAM, maybe the SLAMRAAM for the U.S… I can still consider this being a niche as some nations will definitely be able to get more and better SAMs then anyone else, that being China and Russia because they capitalize on it. Either way this is getting off topic.

italy greece tor m1
japan giving the type 81c the ARH missles for one would definitly help / type 11
israel is a bit more problematic

but generaly maybe gajin should just give them external radars linked torugh radar station, its what needed

as of right now russia and china do have an unfair adavantage in the standalone area.
everyone developed their stuff to actualy defend their nations.
while standalone are more needed realy to invade territory, which is russias and chinas speciality…
western nations just realy only started development for standalones because of the apparent need to take back territory

Greek vehicles have no place in the Italian tech tree, in fact I’d argue they could make up their own nation.
Turkey too.

switzerland, benelux, india argue against that
lets add canada/australia together to that and asean

gajin made it pretty clear they wanna keep new nations to a minimum

ugh, this topic is alive again… luckly the difference between “No” and “Yes” grew thanks to this popularity.
