Sure, yet you can play best soviet MBT in game in War Thunder in Sweden, not USSR TT. You can play best Leopard 2 in Sweden TT. Italy still can get a better Centauro, while Russia only had B1. Italy has best BTR-80A (doesnt have ammo belt restrictions unlike soviet one which doesnt make any sense)

it is russias own fault that they just keep upgrading their bad tank designs and didnt develop the T-14 sooner
Germany, USA tanks originate from 70-80s, having only modifications, so no new tanks since then IG, by your logic.
russia has the T80U as well and a T-80UM2, they count as well

Both are demomstration prototypes and unnacepted into service, appeared much later than T-14 did.
difference is that leopards and abrams are actualy good tanks, while the russian tanks are cheaply produced for the mass which is bad for the game
