The ZTZ-96A(P) and the Type 69-IIa only, the T-62 has a single vehicle at 8.7 to make a lineup and you would be uptiered a lot, ZTZ-96A(P) also has a scarce lineup but is more solid and Type 69-IIa has a great lineup
Bundles consist from packs, not specific vehicles.
Sorry, but you won’t receive the discount for the bundle if you purchase vehicle separately, outside of the pack. For example, if you purchase it via GE or won them in a tournament (as a vehicle, not a pack), etc.

When a vehicle gets folded in a tech tree and the RP cost is reduced, but I already have more than enough RP to unlock the vehicle with the new RP cost (e.g., I have 200k on a 300k vehicle, but the cost is being reduced to 150k), what will happen to the surplus research points of 50k ?
If you like to be uptiered to BR 11,3 a lot and to fight against OP BMPTs, then the ZTZ96A(P) is your choice.
