So either wait and see if Sweden gets either a block 4 F-35 from Finland in a decade or 2 or maybe a F-35 from Norway as those are the only other aircraft they can get HARMs on.

i can confirm on the dev server the F-4E kurnass 2000 doesnt get HARMs

Gripens were not and are currently not made with SEAD in mind.
Additionally SAAB and the Flygvapnet have taken a liking to the RBS 15 MK.4 and the Taurus KEPD 350 over HARMS in that role
There have been talks about HARM integration on the Gripens since like 2016 ish but nothing came of it last I checked.

Yes they are more expensive than harms and as for the tech gap it’s just gonna get worse.
We can’t really fill that role.
Sweden going forward will likely be most held back nation as they lack vehicles with APS, FnF munitions on helicopters and so fourth.

Also btw you gotta ask yourself why would Denmarks F-35 (TR-3) be added over something like Norway’s F-35A 3F. Or in about a decade when the US pulls itself together and Finland gets the F-35A block 4
