You can already play most of these vehicles. Just stick ukraine flag decal on them.

Won’t happen with your suggestions. More copy-paste doesn’t help. It’s better for Ukraine to become a Soviet Sub Tree, and unique vehicles like the Oplot going there.
There is a Soviet tree. Ukraine was a part of USSR, and is therefore already in the game. Kharkov factory from Ukrainian SSR designed and built T-54, T-64, T-80, and many other tanks. I understand many Westerners may have a view of USSR as being Russia, but this is a shortsighted view given how much Soviet Ukrainians have contributed.
Given that, your post can be narrowed down to specifically asking for modern Ukrainian vehicles. To that I say, there are many better additions. Ukraine does not have many domestically designed vehicles and it would be mostly a copy-paste tree. In my opinion, any unique Ukrainian vehicles can simply be added to the Soviet tech tree, since Ukraine’s history is most heavily associated with the USSR.
However, the modern day political atmosphere would be a interfering factor. But given that Gaijin already added Indian vehicles to UK tree and the Thai tree to Japan, I don’t think the outrage would be prohibitively immense.
Ukraine can become a part of future Eastern Europe TT or maybe a sub tree for Yugoslav TT
I could see a Ukrainian Vehicle going into the German TT as a possibility. I think it would fit well there.
