Also I don’t think both the GR.9 and GR.9A are needed. The only difference between them is the engine so just add the GR.9A. 400,000 RP + re-spading is not a good deal for getting an identical aircraft with a better engine.
Finally the Lightning F.2A is just a worse F.2 / F.6 as far as the game is concerned. So I’d go with the base model F.2 instead.

Australian. Canada only used the A and B versions.
Omani Hawk 103 would be a shout, however the Hawk Night Attack is unique because it would use the FLIR nose modification, the Hawk 203 only uses the Radar Nose and is limited to just unguided bombs and rockets
The Cheetahs airframe would severely struggle above 12.0 and therefore can just not get A-Darter and remain where it is with Pythons and Magics
F/A-18C from Australia, The CF-188 can get AIM-9Ms (maybe X) and AMRAAMs, whilst the F/A -18C can get ASRAAMs and AMRAAMs
At what point in the life of the CF-18 are you doing? As that determines its weaponry.
As it’s been agreed upon that these would all be separate vehicles. (depending on who you ask one of the IMP phases will not be added).
Probably just A or C equivalent (how it would most likely come to game if we get it with AMRAAMs next update), I would be happy to add in a later variant before the F/A-18F if you want

R-77 is like AIM-120C equivalent, whilst most early ARH carrier only took AIM-120A/B
