No surprise there. Leopard 2PL is not a reason why Poland should go to Germany. People always bring it up despite that.

Nah low tier it’s fine
It’s just mid tier in that it sort of suffers. The only area it really suffers is the 90s and 2000s because there wasn’t any many to be spent on the defense industry
