And speed is not the only thing that defines BR, weapons load is also a balancing factor, and the P-8 can carry very modern weapons, with huge ranges on them

so it will only be good for naval battles.
Not necessarily, it gets land attack missiles in the form of the SLAM-ER and bombs in the form of JDAM, which would be good for taking out bases and cap points. LRASM was also slated for getting land-attack capability as well

here from the source. Technically, P-8A Poseidon can not be considered a ‘Naval bomber’ because it does not carry or drop ‘Bombs’ . It is designed for anti-submarine warfare and maritime patrols. It has many sensors and surveillance systems on board to track enemy surface ships and specially submarines.

Indeed it is, though that doesn’t mean it can’t be useful in Air or Ground RB. I’ve seen players use the Fritz X in GRB before to great effect, despite being an anti-ship weapon; using cruise missiles against cap points would be no different, except the guidance is automatic
